Please pay your bill, copay, and/or submit insurance coverage at the time of service.
We will be glad to accept your personal check, cash, or credit card.
If you perceive a problem paying your bill, please ask for a financial consult.
FEES AND INSURANCE
Medicare
As Medicare participating providers, we accept assignment, which is a discounted payment as mandated by the U.S. government. However, you or your supplemental insurance are responsible for the additional 20% copay.
Insurance
If we are a provider for your carrier, our staff will offer to file your claim. Patients who have no supplemental or secondary insurance are responsible for unpaid balances to be paid at the time of service. If we are not a provider for your insurance company, we will attempt to assist you in filing your claim. If you are uninsured, we cannot provide hospital or surgery center admission.
